KATIE dykstra, president
Katie has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically focusing on the employee experience, employee relations, campus recruitment/early career, diversity recruitment, and leadership development. She received her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Roosevelt University and she also holds a designation in executive coaching. She created KD Workforce to build talent programs that bridge the gap between the future workforce and corporations who are ready to think outside the box when it comes to finding and enhancing the employee experience.
Katie volunteers with the Best and Brightest executive board to recognize companies that excel as best places to work in their industries. She is also a board member at Bridge My Return and the President of the Northern Illinois Human Resource Council, a SHRM Chicagoland chapter.

Ron Godier is the Founder and Managing Partner of Intalegence, a Chicago Based Boutique Talent and Advisory Firm . Intalegence serves Private Equity and Venture Capital firms by assisting in the professionalization of portfolio companies through strategy and execution across their people functions. He has developed strategies and delivered numerous solutions for his clients to consistently deliver positive outcomes in HR and Recruitment Capabilities, Improved/Streamlined Process, Retention, Candidate Experience, Onboarding, Workflow Optimization, and Employer Brand Awareness and Engagement.
Throughout Ron’s career of more than two decades, he has worked with and supported organizations like Human Resource Management Associate of Chicago and the Society of Talent and Recruiting in an effort to make business more human in its approach. He has served companies of all sizes and is experienced in consulting in Legal Services, Legal Technology, Law Firms, Technology, Consumer Goods and Services, and the Federal Government.
